"Show Man" layer, aka Dr. M° Davide Di Tieri, was born in Pescara on January 1, 1968.
Approaching music at an early age as a self-taught musician, on an old accordion given to him by his own father Gabriele, it was the celebrated flutist Chiarissimo M° Sandro Carbone who discovered the little prodigy's talent at the end of the 1970s, making him passionate about studying wind instruments and, later, advising him to pursue musicological studies in the then newly formed DAMS.
He brilliantly graduated from the Faculty of Letters and Philosophy in Bologna in "Disciplines of the Arts of Music and Performing Arts", studying under the guidance of such renowned professors as Umberto Eco and Aldo Clementi.
The artist, also attending a second course in Law at the University Of Camerino, was also a professor in charge of state exams at the Modena Conservatory.
Thanks to the two degrees, it would be his intention in the future to improve the artistic-professional field by specializing in "Entertainment Law", a circumstance for which he was appointed by then former RAI President Prof. Mauto Masi as "Illustrious Member" of the Italian Society of Authors and Publishers(SIAE).
He has dealt with problems inherent to the world of entertainment, with particular attention to the protection of compositional activity also as a referent of sectorial newspapers such as Midi Song within the Sindacato Operatori dello Spettacolo (SOS) being known by the stage name of "L'Avvocato" (translation: The Lawyer) appearing the same name in the order number 743 next to illustrious members of the SIAE such as Lavezzi Bruno et Leali Faustino.
With regard to his artistic training, Davide di Tieri has worked in show orchestras, playing with Italian song bigwigs such as Jimmy Fontana, Riccardo Del Turco, Bobby Solo, Nico Fidenco, etc..
In addition, he has performed in numerous Jazz concerts where he plays saxophone, flute, clarinet and piano. He has also been a champion chromatic accordion player.
